Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals at the Center through marketing, generating new business, retaining existing business, and managing and developing full-time staff. The Center Manager is a manager, trainer, marketer, and student retention specialist. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage to meet this month's revenue, operational, quality, and marketing goals. Meet weekly with the Operations Manager to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.
  • Hold monthly parent progress meetings: review program goals, expectations, and review interim test results. 
  • Manage all Center activities and their quality.
  • Manage all Center financial activities.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate all other full-time Center staff.
  • Hold daily meetings with full-time staff to discuss & review daily center goals. 
  • Ensure that Center staff follows appropriate personnel procedures and maintain accurate personnel records for part-time Center staff.
  • Offer students the best education possible while adhering to Huntington's standards. 
  • Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs. 
  • Develop monthly marketing plans.
  • Conduct and follow up after, professional contacts, student-focused school visits and event-focused school visits, PTA and parent workshops, and visits to merchants, community groups, and libraries; and maintain appropriate records. 
  • Build the center's personal referral base through strong customer service.  
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Management or Education preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of students and their families.
